Tour Overview

We are pleased to present you with the information page for the Cal Poly Mustangs Men's Basketball tour to Barcelona, Spain in August '24.

The tour will offer the players high-level games against Spanish opposition, incredible cultural and leisure activities that will educate and build unity, delicious Spanish food throughout the tour and 4* hotel accommodation located in the heart of Barcelona city center.

This tour package includes:

• management of all pre-tour administration and communications
• airport transfers and in-tour transport in Barcelona
• 8 days / 7 nights in an elegant Barcelona hotel
• daily breakfast and 7 additional meals provided
• 4 games against high-level Spanish opposition
• sightseeing experiences at Barcelona's iconic landmarks such as La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and Montjuic
• a day excursion to the beautiful Costa Brava
• shopping and free time in the city center
• a BTM rep with you throughout the tour to ensure the tour runs smoothly and your experience is maximised

This tour package does NOT include:

• flights from the US to Barcelona
• individual travel insurance

Accommodation

Accommodation provided:

• An elegant 4* Barcelona hotel in the heart of the city center with a rooftop sun terrace and plunge pool

The price is based on shared accommodation in double occupancy rooms. Room upgrades can be requested at additional cost.

Payment Plan

The tour payment plan is as follows:

• £500 deposit per person within 7 days of confirmation of booking
• final balance 3 months before departure

Please note: This quote is valid for 7 days from receipt and we reserve the right to re-quote the price of the tour at the time of booking if supplier costs have increased. See our terms and conditions for more details.

We ensure the tour is safe and secure by providing:

• location specific risk assessments
• health & safety processes including traveling, hydration, heat, excursions, accommodation and basketball
• tour operator public and employee liability insurance
